Any Engineering Graduate, Postgraduate
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS:
6-15 years of experience
Developing new products in line with industry trends and target market needs
Preparing the BOM, design the drawings according to the new product
Managing the R&D team and making sure policies and procedures
Attending client and site visits as if required
Adherence to latest IEC standards and IMS policies
Analysis of reports using software's such as PVSyst, PC1D and Scilab etc
