BE with 10 to 15 yrs (5-7 years in Solar Module Maintenance) Experience
Job profile:
Manage overall maintenance activities of PV module Manufacturing plant (mainly automation conveyors, stringers, tabbing, EL, laminators, flashers, etc)
Analysing Breakdowns: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
Experience in handling Robotics system , programming and configuring Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) etc
Hand on experience in AC & DC drives, servomotors, HMI, Compressor, Automatic conveyor system, Vacuum pumps,.
Experience in Spare parts & Inventory management
