JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS:
2-10 years of experience
Uninterrupted Operation, Supply & Trouble shoot of Mechanical Facilities- Gases like, TMA, Silane, Ammonia, Oxygen, Hydrogen, Argon, Methane, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Boron Trichloride & Phosphene
Understanding Physical & Chemical properties of all Gases, MSDS of all Gases, Preparation/Revision of SOPs and Log Sheets, Compliance related to IMS, EHS & etc
Regular Monitoring of SCADA and all gases Physically by maintaining required pressures, flow, Temperature & etc.
Knowledge of Controls & System during Cylinder Change over process with required precautions to Handle all Gases
Maintaining History Cards, Logbook, Breakdown Registers, Service Reports. Creating, Planning & Scheduled Preventive Maintenance
