CA/MBA having a minimum of 12 to 15 years' work experience with knowledge of financial management
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS: -
Proven work experience in project finance, working capital management and valuation, due diligence and transaction advisory
Independently drive the debt - raise process - coordination with lenders, draft responses, build relationships and manage expectations of existing lenders
Drive the equity fund raising from private equity funds, corporates, raise finance from banks, NBFC's and other sources of funding
Profound understanding of financial / operating performance and ability to prepare and execute investor presentations
Proficiency in Excel and Business modelling
Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA will be preferred
