Job profile:
Analysing Breakdowns: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
PLC Programming: Hands-on experience in programming and configuring Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
Troubleshooting: Proactively identify areas of obstruction or breakdowns and take corrective actions using troubleshooting tools to rectify equipment issues
Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules, including Predictive Maintenance, Weekly PM, Monthly PM, and Yearly PM schedules, along with lubrication schedules
