Bachelors or master's degree in Polymers preferably from CIPET
Age 40-42 years
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS:
Experience 15-17 years, around 5 to 8 years of experience in solar or related industry is preferred however, not mandatory
New Product development
Product testing and reliability
QA and QMS systems
Technical services to domestic and overseas customers
Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
Help departments making methods and procedures for new products and processes
Build and maintain reliable quality assurance and data analysis and interpretation process
Monitor KPIs to assess the performance and growth of the team
Presentation / Communication of technical and technology facts and figures to the internal and external audiences
